If you wish to change your item or cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us at support@weeblamps.com to request a cancellation.

Please note that once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change or cancel it.

Returns & Refunds

At this time we don’t accept returns however, If the product is received damaged or defective we will always offer a full refund or replacement given that you meet the requirements of our Refund Policy. 

To check if you’re eligible for a refund, please contact us at support@weeblamps.com with a detailed explanation of the issue as well as any evidence to be reviewed. If accepted we’ll ship a replacement item within 1-4 working days
