COVID-19 Notice

Due to COVID-19 we are seeing an increase in delivery times across the board. This is mostly due to a combination of warehouse closures and national/international customs delays. 

We are working as hard as possible to improve shipping times however please note that your order may take longer than expected to be fulfilled, delivered and/or updated. As a result, tracking may also take longer to update but expect to receive a shipping confirmation email (containing your tracking number) within 1-5 working days.

Shipping & Delivery

Additionally, shipping time is approximately 6-15 working days for the following countries: 

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand (16 of 17 regions), Canada, United States
We are working as hard as possible to improve our shipping times however, please allow a few extra days than expected for delivery.

 

Processing

Once an order has been placed it’s go time! We'll have it processed in 1-5 working days depending on the item. Orders are processed Monday-Saturday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 5 pm EST may begin processing the next working day.
